We are in network with Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna, and we treat workers' compensation and auto injury (PIP) cases. Self-pay is available. When you book, the front desk verifies your coverage before your first visit.

Four things: pain management (back, neck, knee, joint and nerve pain, work and auto injuries), neurology and migraine (including Botox for chronic migraine), office-based detox and addiction medicine (medication-assisted treatment, Vivitrol, alcohol treatment), and physician-supervised weight loss (semaglutide, tirzepatide, vitamin injections and infusions).

How do I become a patient?
Book online through Zocdoc or phone either clinic. We call you back, answer your questions, confirm your insurance or self-pay options, and book your first appointment at the clinic closest to you. Bring your ID, insurance card and any recent imaging or records.
Who are the doctors?
Dr. Irvine Mason, MD, the Medical Director, double board-certified in pain management and neurology; Dr. Charley Scheim, DO, neurology and chronic pain; and Dr. Rudy Escarria, MD, internal medicine and geriatrics, who leads detox and medication-assisted treatment. The practice has been physician-owned since 2006.
